Obituary
Theresa M. Gaudiano, 101, of Hazleton, passed away Monday at Mountain City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Hazleton, she was the daughter of that late Benjamin and Mary (Tamone) Zanei and was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish at Our Lady of Grace Church, Hazleton.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her husband Dominic “Nick” Gaudiano in 1990; great granddaughter Kayla Knepper; and sisters Rita Swanson, Rose Gaudiano, Angeline DeCusatis, Josephine Donar, Genevieve DeLucca, Mary Ferdinand, and Katherine Stish.
Surviving are her sons Dominic “Nicky” Gaudiano, Hazle Twp, and Benjamin Gaudiano and wife Patricia, AZ; grandchildren Bernadette Hischar and husband Chad, Michael Gaudiano and wife Jennifer, and Nicolas Gaudiano and wife Laura; great grandchildren Dominic, Antonio, Dylan, and Travis; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 20th, at 10 A.M. in Our Lady of Peace Parish at Our Lady of Grace Church, Hazleton. Burial will be in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday morning in the church from 9-10 A.M.
