Dolores F. Cera, 87, of Sugarloaf and formerly of Alter St., Hazleton, passed away peacefully Friday morning at her home surrounded by her family.  Born in Mayfield, PA, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mildred (Santopoli) Charlutz and was a member of St. John Bosco Church, Conyngham.

She did clerical work in local churches and worked at the guild studio for many years.

Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, was her husband Anthony Cera in 2005.

Surviving are her daughter Anella Cera, with whom she resided; son Michael Cera and his wife Patrice; Sugarloaf; grandchildren Felicia and Anthony Cera; and several nieces and nephews, cousins, and special friends.

Dolores enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.  She was a very special person who was loved by all and touched the lives of so many people.  She will always be remembered for her unending kindness and generosity to others.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, November 3rd, at 10 A.M. in St. John Bosco Church.  Those attending should go directly to the church Saturday morning.  Burial will be in Most Precious Blood Cemetery, Hazleton.  Friends may call at the Joseph A. Moran Funeral Home, 229 W. 12th St., Hazleton, on Friday from 5-8 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Meals on Wheels and the American Cancer Society, Hazleton.
