Obituary
Anna R. Pastorella, 88, of Hazleton, passed away April 8th, at her home. Born in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Rose (Cerullo ) DelDuca and was a member of Holy Rosary Church, Hazleton.
She worked as a chef along-side her husband in their business, Montfort Motel and Restaurant, Sheppton.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her brother Ralph DelDuca; sister Dora Choma; and brother-in-law John Pastorella.
Surviving are her husband of 67 years, Vincent John Pastorella; sisters-in-law Rose Sivar and Amy LaRose and husband Tony; niece and caretaker Laura Marie Welch; and many nieces and nephews.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 19th, at 10 A.M. in Holy Rosary Church. Burial will be in Most Precious Blood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday morning in the church from 9-10 A.M.
The Joseph A. Moran Funeral Home, 229 W. 12th St., Hazleton, is in charge of the arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to the charity of one’s own choice. -
